This, believe it or not, is more food than I normally eat in a day! I havea feeling that come 6:30pm I'm going to pretty much be so full that i struggle through the Yoli Shake. Its 11:17 right now, and im still stuffed from snack #1. Heres what my meals look like:ġ0:30am- 2 oz string cheese, 1 oz mixed nutsġ2:30pm- 2 oz string cheese, 1 oz mixed nutsģ:30pm- 2 oz chicken breast, 1 oz egg whites. PS My dress for Gala? IT WAS A SIZE 8!!! EEEKSSS I cant wait to see what happens when I actually follow the Yoli Plan!! Later I'll need to post my full chart with weight and inches lost. As i sit here typing Im literally smiling, im that damn pleased with the results. Ive lost enough inches that as of next week I may need to consider buying new jeans. More importantly, the INCHES Ive lost is what matters.
So i plan to do just that in this upcoming cycle. Thats a 2 lbs loss per week!! I think its safe to say that If i followed Yoli the way im supposed to, Id be way better off. But even with that MODIFIED version, here I am 3 weeks later at 162lbs. I've kinda done a modified version of it. Have i followed Yoli the way im supposed to? Nope. I'd been stuck at that weight for far too long. I started Yoli on March 29th, 2013 weighning in at 168. Thanks to LPC Gala, my life has not been my own! However, let me report to you how things went! So clearly, I havent posted in a hella long time.
